Before the bouquet is assembled

Cancel free of charge — the full amount is refunded within 10 days.

After assembly has started

The cost of the flowers already used is withheld; the rest is refunded. We always tell you the amount before withholding it.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot hand over the order because the address or phone number given was wrong, or nobody answers, the delivery fee is not refunded. We attempt the handover twice and stay in touch throughout.
