Questions about ordering flowers in Moscow
How do I choose a luxury bouquet within my budget?
Start with your budget, preferred colours and the setting for the gift. Compare the size and composition of each product option: a large single-variety bouquet and an intricate mixed arrangement can have similar prices but very different looks. Discuss bespoke requests with the manager before paying.
Can I order flowers for today or overnight?
Delivery is free and available 24/7. We accept same-day orders until 23:59 local time. For urgent orders, share the address and preferred time: our manager confirms the available window based on flower availability and the route. Accepting an order does not guarantee a handover before midnight.
Can I send a gift from another city?
Yes. Select the delivery city on the website, your bouquet and its size. Enter the recipient's local address, contact details and preferred date in the delivery city's time zone. For a surprise, agree with our manager how to contact the recipient without revealing the gift.
What if a particular flower is unavailable?
Share your preferred flowers and colours with the manager. If a substitution is needed, agree the specific alternative and final price before paying. When a particular variety is essential, check availability for your chosen date in advance.
