Public offer
This document is a public offer of IE Nagervadze Anastasia Stanislavovna (the Seller) under art. 435 and art. 437 §2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, addressed to any individual (the Buyer) who places an order at https://moscow.sention.space.
Placing an order means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer (art. 438 of the Civil Code).
Subject
The Seller transfers bouquets, floral arrangements and related goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer pays for and accepts them. The characteristics and price of each item are shown on its page.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in roubles and include all taxes. Payment is made by bank card, transfer, or in cash on delivery. The delivery fee is shown before payment.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the city and its surroundings within the interval agreed with the Buyer. A photo of the bouquet is sent for approval before dispatch.
Responsibility
The Seller is liable under the Consumer Rights Protection Act. The Seller is not liable for a failed delivery caused by inaccurate data provided by the Buyer.
