Returns and exchange

These rules apply to orders placed with IE Nagervadze Anastasia Stanislavovna and follow the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Act (ЗоЗПП) and the distance-selling rules approved by Government Decree 2463 of 31.12.2020.

Fresh flowers

Cut flowers, bouquets and live plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged: they are perishable goods and appear in the list of goods that are not subject to return (Decree 2463, section II, item 13 — animals and plants).

If the quality is poor

Tell us at the moment of delivery or within 2 hours after it, with a photo, at info@sention.space. We replace the bouquet at our expense or refund it in full. This does not limit your rights under art. 18 of ЗоЗПП.

Non-perishable goods

Vases, toys, sweets and other non-floral goods of proper quality may be returned within 7 days of delivery while the packaging and their condition remain intact (art. 26.1 of ЗоЗПП). The money is returned within 10 days of the request.

How to claim

Write to info@sention.space with the order number, photos and a description. We answer within 10 days as ЗоЗПП requires.
